Gardening

Ah, it's that time of year again.  I am very excited.  We love our garden.  It's so rewarding to grow your own veggies.  Sure, it can be a lot of work, but it's SO worth it.  We are ready to start our garden.  We have our books, magazines, seed catalogs and our sketch of the garden all ready.  Now we just need to prepare the ground.

This year we are trying a few new things.  We're adding peppers, yellow beans and onions.  We will also grow lettuce, sweet corn, potatoes, garlic, zucchini, bush beans, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery and peas.

This was our garden last year.  We more than doubled the size from the previous year (and we're going a little bit bigger this year.)

A few of my favorite pictures from last year.

Comparisons

Just a couple random pictures of the kids.  I like to compare their pictures to see how similar/different they look.

I didn't even realize how similar these pictures were, until Dan said that we had one of Hannah that looked almost identical.  :)  Sure enough, we did!

I know I have some more pictures to post, but I am being summoned by the kids.  (Plus, Hannah's baby pictures are on the removable hard-drive....)

My recent favorites

The kids are growing so fast. Hannah is 2.5 years and Noah is 3 months (today!) I can't believe how fast the time goes. I love them both so much! They amaze me with something new everyday. Here are some pictures that I took last night.

My absolute favorite picture of them so far:

I'm starting to realize that in most shots that I get of Noah, he has have either spit up or drool on his face. (I DO wipe his face, all the time!) Here's a nice 'action shot' of drool.... LOL.

Welcome!

Hello and Welcome!

I'm starting this blog as a place to share about my family and the fun that we have. I can't say how often I will update, but I will try my best to update often. :) We'll see what happens. I hope you enjoy the journey along with us.
